Arc is an unused weapon from Cuphead. It would likely have been obtained through purchasing it in Porkrind's Emporium.
Strategy
The Arc shoots out placeholder Chaser bullet in an arc (as the name implies) and once the bullet hit the floor, it would stay for a while, getting bigger and possible stronger as a trap for bosses that move, then disappear. The arc of the bullet can be influenced by the player(s) movements.
EX: Fires a small placeholder bullet and stay on the ground for a while, if it did not hit anything, it will explode automatically.
