I hate it when people compare him to Flowey. Even through I like Undertale, but just because Cagney is the flower with a face, it doesn't mean they are similar. In fact, there are many other evil flowers with faces! So many there is a trope dedicated to them! And keep in mind that Undertale is viewed as cancer nowadays. So please, stop.
