That is almost literally impossible considering that each boss is about 1-3 minutes long and there ae 5 bosses in Inkwell Isle 1.  Even when giving the benefit of the doubt that you finish each boss at 1 minute, when you add up the time it takes fighting bosses, walking, doing the tutorial and buying items in Inkwell Isle 1, You get about 6:10.

Also, Cagney might have been glitched when he only did 2 attacks, since sometimes his AI isn't very active and doesn't do many attacks.
