The Sentinels of the Casino are the nine entities that answer directly and only to King Dice; they hold no loyalty of any kind to anyone else, except under their master's orders. Each one is bound to King Dice under a magical pact - offering their abilities and allegiance in exchange for a fragment of the immense power the cosmic dice has amassed from its divine prey. King Dice wields their strength, and they in turn are infused with King Dice's might. Their current collective mission is to hunt down Cuphead and expose him where King Dice can manifest to kill him. Drawn to the magic of Cuphead, it is likely that even a rune infused with that same magic would suffice to provoke them - and if all three were to fall, perhaps King Dice may begin to take notice of what slew them…
