Someone leaked the official artbook early and it reveals the official names for some of the characters:

Radish → Horace Radiche
Ron → Canteen Hughes
Wally's Son → Willy Warbles
Choco → Buster
Barbershop Quartet → The Four Mel Arrangement
Albert → Lucien
Policeman Bee → Security Bee
T-Bone → Conductor
Blaze Brothers → Lollipop Ghouls
Head of the Train → Train
Curly → Cora
Greg → Tully
Forkington → Silverworth
Betty Beet → Beetrice Lutz
Puphead → Cuppet
Werner's Robot Cat → Katzenwagen

The members of the Tipsy Troop also have official names as well:

Rumulus (Whiskey Decanter)
Ol' Ethan (Rum Glass)
Ginette (Martini Glass)

Saddly Sally's Husband and the Baroness' subjects do not have official names (aside from their pet names). Also none of the Run 'n Gun enemies or mid-bosses received any names. <ac_metadata title="Official Names for Previously Unnamed Characters!"> </ac_metadata>
