Chief Bea looks like her underlings, but female. She is somewhat top-heavy, and has curly reddish hair.

As she is cracking jokes with her fellow officer, Rookie, Cuphead and Mugman faceplant onto their vehicle's windshield, and she immediately recognizes them as the cookie thiefs that escaped prison. Not long afterwards, she also spots Elder Kettle chasing the two with a fire poker and also sees that he too is a criminal for arsonist. As Elder Kettle pursues after the two, Chief Bea starts her vehicle and she too pursues after the three, eventually capturing them.
