Inkwell Isle Three

Inkwell Isle Three is the third overworld in the game. It is based around a seaside city. It comes after Inkwell Isle Two and unlocks Inkwell Hell, upon beating it.

Shootin N' Lootin		A boss level where Captain Brineybeard is fought. One of the two levels initially available upon unlocking Inkwell Isle Three. Unlocks Perilous Piers and High Seas Hi-Jinx! upon defeat.
Dramatic Fanatic		A boss level where Sally Stageplay is fought. Unlocked after beating Junkyard Jive!, High Seas Hi-Jinx!, Rugged Ridge, or Perilous Piers. Unlocks Railroad Wrath, and Murine Corps upon defeat.
Murine Corps		A boss level where Werner Werman is fought. Unlocked after beating Junkyard Jive!, High Seas Hi-Jinx!, Rugged Ridge, or Perilous Piers. Unlocks Dramatic Fanatic and shortcut upon defeat.
Junkyard Jive!		A boss level where Dr. Kahl's Robot is fought. Unlocked after beating Honeycomb Herald. Unlocks Dramatic Fanatic, Porkrind's Emporium, the Mausoleum III, and Murine Corps upon defeat.
High Seas Hi-Jinx!		A boss level where Cala Maria is fought. Unlocked after beating Shootin N' Lootin. Unlocks Dramatic Fanatic, Porkrind's Emporium the Mausoleum III and Murine Corps upon defeat.
Railroad Wrath		A boss level where the Phantom Express is fought. Unlocked after beating Dramatic Fanatic. Unlocks Inkwell Hell upon defeat.

Rugged Ridge	File:Cuphead - Rugged Ridge All Coins Playthrough	Inkwell Isle Three's first of two platform levels. Unlocked after beating Honeycomb Herald. Unlocks Murine Corps, Porkrind's Emporium, the Mausoleum III, and Dramatic Fanatic upon defeat.
Perilous Piers	File:Cuphead - All 5 Coins in 'Perilous Piers'	Inkwell Isle Three's second platforming level. Unlocked after beating Shootin N' Lootin. Unlocks the Mausoleum III, Porkrind's Emporium, Murine Corps and Dramatic Fanatic upon defeat.

Trivia

• Inkwell Isle 3 is the only Isle to have 7 bosses. Inkwell isles 1 and 2 only had 5 bosses, while Inkwell Hell just has 2.
• The entrance to The Devil's casino and Inkwell Hell is on the "wrong side of the tracks" just as described in the intro. Inkwell Hell is on the other side of the train tracks where the Phantom Express battle takes place.
• Inkwell Isle Three is the only isle (aside from Inkwell Hell) where a cheery tune is not played. Instead, a darker sounding piece is played, consisting mostly of a low saxophone and drums. This change in mood is likely due to the player(s) getting closer to the final battles with the Devil and King Dice.
