Buoy Boys are "enemies" in the Perilous Piers Run 'n Gun level of Inkwell Isle Three.
Description
Like the name implies, Buoy Boys are living buoys with metal bars, a red metal ring, a yellow and grey disk and a pink light bulb on the top.
Characteristics
Buoy Boys aren't really enemies, but instead help the player(s) get around: they float in the water, waving around and the player(s) can parry on their light bulb to not fall down and take damage.
