A list of all 43 achievements obtainable on Cuphead's base game, Don't Deal With The Devil, and its DLC, The Delicious Last Course. The base game contains 28 achievements, of which 21 are ordinary and 7 are hidden; while the DLC contains 14 achievements, of which 12 are ordinary and 2 are hidden. There is one final, somewhat rare, Platinum achievement.

Trivia
- Achievements are called trophies in-game.
- The icons for Don't Deal With The Devil achievements seem to be based on casino chips, while the icons for The Delicious Last Course achievements look quite similar to decorative plates or saucers.
- These match the themes of both quests of the game, respectively.
- Some of the achievements' titles are references to 1930s rubberhose cartoons, such as:
- Swing You Sinner is a reference to 1930's "Swing You Sinners!" by Fleischer Studios.
- The Golden Touch is a reference to 1935's "The Golden Touch" by the Walt Disney Studios.
- Grand Uproar is a reference to 1930's "Grand Uproar" by Fleischer Studios.
- The achievement "Butter-and-Egg Man" is an idiom referring to "a prosperous businessman from a small town or a farmer who spends his money ostentatiously on visits to a big city", a reference to Cuphead and Mugman coming from Inkwell Isle One which mainly made up of grasslands and forests.
- The "Magician Lord" achievement is a reference to the Arcade game of same name by SNK.
- The Bravo Zulu part of "Bravo Zulu P-26" is a reference to nautical signs, with this specific combination of nautical flags meaning "Well Done". The P-26 part refers to the Boeing P-26 Peashooter, one of the first American all-metal production fighter aircraft and the first pursuit monoplane to enter squadron service with the United States Army Air Corps.
- The "A Horrible Night to Have a Curse" achievement refers to the line used in Castlevania II: Simon's Quest whenever day turns to night in the overworld, adding more danger into the area the main character wanders into.
