The unnamed newsie cat is one of the NPCs appearing on Inkwell Isle Four in the DLC. He advertises newspapers about Chef Saltbaker and gives the player three gold coins.

This NPC is a young black kitten with a white face. He is wearing a green shirt with white sleeves that are green at the end. The paperboy cat wears brown shorts, yellow gloves and shoes, and a red newsie cap on his head.
